Small Group Workshops

I facilitate small group workshops (currently online via Zoom). Descriptions are below and you can view my upcoming dates by clicking on the Upcoming Dates link.

Mindfulness Basics
During our 5-weeks we will engage in a variety of Mindful Meditation practices so that each participant is able to cultivate a home practice.  Topics will include:  Mindful Breathing, Mindful Body Scan, Mindfulness of Thoughts, Mindfulness of Emotion, Mindfulness of Sound.  Handouts will be provided. Each session is 1 hour and the 5-week series is $100

Meditation Drop Ins
These 5-week sessions are for anyone who wishes to come together in a small group to sit, meditate and be in a sacred space.  Each one hour session will begin with a guided meditation then sitting either in silence or with music with brief discussion to follow.  Check out the Upcoming Dates page to sign up for the next 5-week session.
Each session is 1 hour and the 5-week series is $100

Chakra 7-Week Series
This workshop is an overview of the 7 chakras.  Each session is 60 minutes and includes meditation at the opening and closing of the session. Check the Upcoming Dates page and Contact me to register.
Each session is 1 hour and the 5-week series is $140

I also offer mindfulness workshops for small groups of family members, friends and colleagues. You just need a minimum number of 5 participants to book a 2-hour session ($20 per participant).  Contact me if you might have an interested group.

If you have a group of greater than 10 and would like to book a Mindfulness session, please contact me.  We can discuss how we can share the gift of mindful awareness with your group.

While we are in quarantine for Covid 19, we will do all our workshops via zoom video.
