Mind Drops Mindfulness
Welcome to Mind Drops Mindfulness! The Intention of Mind Drops Mindfulness is to provide tools for expansion of awareness through mindfulness meditation. Through greater awareness, we can be more open in our lives to the vast connections, experiences, and “drops” of truth that await us.
My mindfulness journey began in 2012 (with my teacher, Suchitra Davenport)…but an inkling of my deeper self had been calling me well before then. Little drops of soul inspiration beckoned me on this journey. My mindfulness practice has changed my life so profoundly that I wish to share the practices with others so that they may also transform.
Contact me to discuss individual sessions to begin and grow your practice or to arrange a small group session for beginning or intermediate mindful meditation. I work with individuals and small groups to guide them in their practice of greater awakening.

Small Group Workshops
Small Group Workshops in my home or your home: These sessions are for groups of 6-8 who wish to expand their awareness and engage in their daily moments with greater awareness and openness.
Large Group Workshops
Group Workshops for groups of 10 – 25: Workshops are offered to larger groups who wish to come together to engage in Mindful Meditation practices to support a life centered in awareness.
Individual Sessions
If a group session is not for you or if you would like to work one-on-one to sit, breathe, be and explore what arises for you, please contact me. Individual Sessions are 1-hour.
